Biography

Perla Torres

As the Chief Human Resources Officer, Perla is responsible for all human resources functions, including recruiting, compliance, learning and development, workplace safety, workforce well-being, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. Additionally, Perla is responsible for equity, inclusion, and diversity workforce strategy, payroll administration, and organizational development.

Perla brings 20 years of leadership experience in multiple industries to her role at Center for Community Solutions. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from National University in San Diego.

Perla is passionate about making CCS the best place to work. She is devoted to collaborating with employees and leadership in order to foster continuous improvement and excellence while being caring and supportive of one another.  

Perla grew up in South San Diego where she currently resides with her spouse and two daughters. Perla enjoys, traveling, reading, and arts and crafts.
