Biography

Liza Pinard

Liza is new to the CCS Board of Directors for the 2023-2024 year, but she is not new to CCS having served as a SART from 2016 to 2018.

A native of Alabama, Liza moved to San Diego to attend the University of San Diego. She has spent the majority of her career working as an investigator, starting out in insurance fraud investigations, before moving on to delinquency and dependency investigations. For the past six years she has been a dependency investigator with Children’s Legal Services, but as of July 1 is making a career change to pursue a degree in nursing.

Liza has volunteered and served on several non-profit boards in San Diego including the Junior League of San Diego and Rady Children’s Hospital Auxiliary.
