John Finley

John L. Finley is the Senior Policy & Communications Associate for California at Uber Technologies, Inc. In his current role, he is responsible for leading the company’s state legislative agenda and manages public affairs for the Southern California markets.

John is a graduate of Stanford University, serving as student body president during his senior year, where he became deeply involved in efforts to combat sexual violence in the aftermath of the Brock Turner case.
