San Diego Pride formed in 1974 in San Diego to celebrate the 1969 Stonewall Rebellion on New York’s Christopher Street. San Diego Pride incorporated as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in 1994, and today it continues to bring together the skills, talents, and visions of our diverse community through numerous programs.
The annual Pride Festival includes multiple stages of entertainment, more than 100 entertainers, and dozens of vendor booths, exhibits, cultural presentations, delicious food booths, and over 40,000 of your closest friends! The San Diego Pride Festival is host to a variety of local and national organizations and businesses eager to show their support for our community. They include community nonprofits, healthcare providers, supportive faith institutions, small businesses, large companies, and a wide variety of food vendors.
Pride Festival is open to everyone with an open heart and open mind!
