Adriana C. Cabré

Adriana Cabré is a dynamic executive with over 30 years of Human Resources experience across diverse industries, including biotech, medical device, higher education, and high-tech. Adriana currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Crinetics Pharmaceuticals, an exciting San Diego based rare disease endocrine biotech company. As the leader of the Human Resources function, she is responsible for the people related areas including organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, employee relations, HR operations, Diversity & Inclusion, HR compliance and total rewards among others. 

Adriana is a recognized trusted strategic partner. She has a reputation of being driven operationally with practical solutions for attracting, developing, and retaining an engaged, inclusive, diverse, and high performing workforce. She drives people related strategies to align with current and future business needs. 

She received a B.A. from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Adriana is a past Board Member for the California Diversity Council and Father Joe’s Villages. Adriana lives in Solana Beach and enjoys staying active, anything beach related, taking care of her two rescue dogs, Cece & Coco, and volunteering in various non-profit organizations.
