Robin Givens

Robin Givens was discovered by Bill Cosby and began her career as an actress.  Beyond “The Cosby Show,” her career has included starring roles in several television series such as “Head of the Class” and numerous made for television movies like Women of Brewster Place also starring Oprah Winfrey. Her book, Grace Will Lead Me Home, was nominated for an Image Award for Outstanding Writing by a Debut Author.  On behalf of victims of domestic violence, Robin has been asked to testify before State Legislatures and in support of these same victims she has been asked to speak at countless events.  She is a survivor who has become an encouraging and inspiring Keynote Speaker and she is the first to say "Some paths we might never choose...certainly most grief we would never want...but I've heard it said that the wounded can make the most wonderful healers".
