Chef Showdown, chaired by Isabel Cruz, award winning author and local restaurateur, will be emceed by Bernard Guillas of the Marine Room and Emmy award winner, Sam Zien, a.k.a. “Sam the Cooking Guy.” This year’s event will be the 5th annual and is marked by advanced interest and anticipated buzz from local foodies. In a unique mix of friendly rivalry and awareness-raising, top local chefs will come together to compete for culinary victory using surprise ingredients and ingenuity.
