         9th Annual "Bridging Hearts" Adopt-a-Family
                                  Holiday Program

"Bridging Hearts" is a holiday gift giving program that seeks to "bridge" the hearts of the community to the hearts of low-income clients served by Center for Community Solutions. Now in its ninth year, CCS hopes to match over 100 clients and their families with community members for the December holidays. We need your help!

In the spirit of helping other families and spreading holiday cheer, donors can help CCS clients in any one of the following ways:

  • Help a CCS family celebrate the holidays with gifts from their wish-list.

  • Purchase gift cards for CCS clients seeking emergency services during or immediately before the holidays.

  • Provide a holiday meal for a family or a group of families in one of our shelters.

  • Adopt a CCS program by buying program supplies to benefit a whole group of clients and support CCS services.

“Our annual Adopt-a-Family Holiday effort is an excellent and very rewarding opportunity to assist others during a special time of the year,” said Verna Griffin-Tabor, Executive Director and CEO of Center for Community Solutions. “These families are facing difficult times as they flee abusive environments, and they need our help to make their holiday season bright.”

All donations are tax-deductible.
